Giurgiuleşti is a municipality in Cahul Raion in Moldova. The village had 2,995 inhabitants in the 2004 census and is known for the port of the same name, the country’s only port on the Danube. Giurgiuleşti is the southernmost place in Moldova and bordering on Romania and Ukraine.
